How to Lose Weight Fast with my Detox Summer Refresher Smoothie

In this video I am bringing you one of my favorite smoothies that I have used to help me lose weight fast, to detox and to stay energized throughout the day. I typically replace one to two meals a day with a smoothie. It’s a super delicious way to stay hydrated and to provide your body with plenty of raw food packed with vitamins and nutrients!

The Summer Refresher Smoothie is one of my ultimate go-to smoothies in the morning and it is PACKED with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and FLAVOR! This smoothie is completely VEGAN if you choose not to add milk as your liquid base.

Use organic ingredients if possible and wash thoroughly.

1 medium sized carrot (peeled)
1 medium sized apple
Half a stalk of celery
1 tbsp of ginger root
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
(optional – add cinnamon to taste)
