Quick & easy pineapple sharbat recipe with pineapple essence & color

Ingredients (makes about 700 ml Pineapple Syrup)
500 grams sugar
3 tsp food grade pineapple essence
1/2 tsp food grade yellow color
750 ml water
1. melt sugar on medium heat & then cook till it forms a 1 string syrup
2. strain out the syrup & let cool completely.
3. add some syrup to the color & mix till it disperses evenly
4. add the essence & color solution to the sugar syrup & stir till well mixed
5. store in airtight bottle in the fridge
