This juice really will give you a big boost. It contains several natural greens including broccoli, alfalfa sprouts, watercress, parsley and kale which are some of nature’s real super-foods. In their raw natural state these vegetables are packed with vitamins, folic acid and iron, as well as simply bursting with chlorophyll. This fantastic combination helps fights the battle against blood pressure, liver problems and constipation as ell as being a terrific antioxidant and anti-cancer agent.
1 handful Alfalfa Sprouts
1 handful Watercress
1 handful Fresh Parsley
1 handful Kale
1 handful Broccoli
1 Shot of Wheatgrass
1 small handful of Ice
HOW TO MAKE
Peel the Pineapple. Put one apple into the chute of the juicer. Tightly pack in the alfalfa watercress, parsley, kale and broccoli, and pop the other apple on the top. The tighter you pack it in the more juice you will get. Push through and then juice the Pineapple.
If you have a masticating juicer then simply juice all the ingredients together.
