Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Recipe and 1 Week Progress

I wanted to add something different to my channel other than Beauty and vlogs. I love learning about health and nutrition. I’m into fitness more than ever now and cleansing my body.

I’m this video I will be highlighting ACV and it’s Heath benefits. I will do a review of the detox drink I made and my weight loss progress.

Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with Lemon Juice and Water for a week and this was my result. I also worked out every day and meal prepped my meals I eat about 3 meals a day consisting of a protein(salmon or shrimp), a healthy green and sometimes a healthy carb(baked sweet potato, brown rice or quinoa. I did about 20-30 mins of cardio each day, and weight trained(weight lifting, dead lifts, weighted squats, weighted, weight abs, weighted arm exercises, etc. I drink only water and the ACV detox drink twice daily. Try to drink atleast a gallon of water a day.

Recipe
1 1/2 cup water
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP ACV

Optional
1 TBSP Ginger
Pinch of Cayenne pepper

Remember to eat clean and lean. No dairy and no heavy carbs.

Please drink with a straw as the AVC is acidic and can harm the tooth enamel.
