I always try to stay away from putting too many fruits and try to get more greens and other superfoods in there!

1 cup water
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 cup kale
1/2-1 cup frozen mango
Optional: 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Green Pina Colada:
1 cup coconut water
1/2-1 cup frozen pineapple

Optional: shredded coconut 1/2 tsp
